Wrathion's history has some thematical issues that contain triggering content. It is unlikely they will come up in conversation with any random person, but depending on events in game and/or metatext, they may show up in other places.

Note: I will always warn prior to these issues coming up, but this can be used to pre-emptively avoid certain subjects, or to signal me that you are fine with their discussion in metatext. Also note that none of these things are things that Wrathion has participated in, but things he is has been a victim of.
