Wrathion is a special case when it comes to dragons. He is imbued with the power of the Titans, one of Azeroth's godlike factions, which allows him a degree of magic sense. His ability can also broach into the ability to sense magical blood, in the case of fae creatures or other dragons. Wrathion's history has some thematical issues that contain triggering content. It is unlikely they will come up in conversation with any random person, but depending on events in game and/or metatext, they may show up in other places.

Note: I will always warn prior to these issues coming up, but this can be used to pre-emptively avoid certain subjects, or to signal me that you are fine with their discussion in metatext. Also note that none of these things are things that Wrathion has participated in, but things he is has been a victim of.
